GHP Testing & Calibration Lab is an approved Laboratory by the Dubai Government and an ISO/IEC

17025 accredited laboratory by Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC) : Certificate Number – 071 –
LB-TEST and 020- LB- CAL. And also approved Laboratory by Emirates Authority For Standardization &
Metrology (ENAS) : Certificate Number – R- T- 19-00304.

GHP Testing & Calibration Lab is offering comprehensive range of services like Food Testing,

Calibration, Chemical Testing and Environmental Monitoring & Testing. In Food Testing we mainly focus on

2. STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

2.1 LICENSE
GHP Laboratory holds the professional license : No – 606889 issued by Department of Economic
Development, Dubai, UAE for the Testing and Calibration Service.

2.2 ASSESSMENT ASSUMPTIONS, EXCLUSIONS & CONDITIONS

2.1 The above proposed assessments are based on site description provided to us. Assessments other than
recommended locations or more no. of locations will be carried-out on extra charges.
2.2 All assessments are on-spot measurements for continuous assessment .
2.3 Assessments are carried out on weekdays and designated full operation condition only.
2.4 We assume you ensure continuous process and utility operation throughout the sampling and
assessment schedule.

2.3 ASSESSMENT REPORT SCHEDULE

The proposed AQ Assessment & reporting will be completed in 7 - 8 working days as below:
 On site assessment & Primary data collection – 2 days;
 Lab Analysis - 4 days from sample collection at site;
 Data Analysis & Reporting - 2 days after lab analysis;

2.4 ARRANGEMENTS REQUIRED

The following site arrangement shall be mandatory for the Air Quality Assessment.
 Necessary on-site arrangements for carrying out the assessment services.
 days’ notification prior to AQ Assessment in order to mobilize equipments to your site.

2.5 IMPARTIALITY

We GHPTCL agrees to undertake all activities impartially and does not allow any commercial/
financial or other pressure to compromise the quality of testing.

2.6 CONFIDENTIALITY

We GHPTCL agrees to inform the client in advance, except for the information that the client make publicly
available, or when agreed between the laboratory and the client (e.g. for the purpose of responding to
complaints), all other information is considered propriety information and shall be regarded as
confidential. The client information & details of tests and the results shall be made accessible when
required by the law or due to the order of competent court of law

2.7 STATEMENT OF CONFORMITY AND DECISION RULE

When the client requests a statement of conformity to a specification or standard for the test (e.g.
Pass/Fail) the specification or the standard and the decision rule shall be clearly defined. Unless inherit in
the requested specification or standard, the decision rule selected shall be communicated to, and agreed
with the customer.
The service provider agrees to inform wherever statement of conformity is given on the test reports the
decision rule is decided with the discussion and agreement with the client as below:
a)If the client agrees where the measurement of uncertainty has an impact on the test results the sample is
given as fail.
b)Where the measurement of uncertainty has an impact on the results the decision rule is applied as per
ILAC G8 (Guidelines on the decision rules & conformity with requirements). The client agrees that the
pass/fail decisions are based on the specifications or standard.
c)Where the decision rule are is prescribed by the client or regulations or normative documents further
consideration level of this risk is not done.
d) If the conformity statement is not desired by the customer the decision rule will not be applicable.

2.8 AMENDMENTS:
No modification or amendment to this Agreement shall be effective unless made in a writing executed by
both parties.

2.9 LIABILITY:
The Company is neither an insurer nor a guarantorand disclaims all liability in such capacity. Reports of
Findingsare issued based on information, documents and/or samplesprovided by, or on behalf of, the
Client and solely for thebenefit of the Client. The Client is responsible for acting as itsees fit based on such
Reports of Findings. Neither theCompany nor any of its executive staff members, employees,agents or
subcontractors shall be liable to the Client nor any third party for any actions taken or not taken based on

such Reports of Findings. There shall be no liability either, if the testing is based on unclear, erroneous,
incomplete or misleading information provided by the Client. The Company shall not be liable for any
delayed, partial or total nonperformance of the Services arising directly or indirectly from any event
outside the Company’s control including failure by the Client to comply with any of its obligations

2.10 TERMINATION OF TERMS:

Failure to comply with the terms and condition of this agreement. Either party may terminate this
Agreement at any time upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other party.

2.11 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any disputes arising between the two parties shall meet in effort to resolve the dispute amicably . If the
disputes remain unresolved shall be dealt with the courts of UAE.
