    TYPES OF THINKING:

    INTUITIVE THINKING is "quick and ready


    insight". It means having the ability to
    understand or know something without any
    direct evidence or reasoning process.

    STRATEGIC THINKING is the process of


    conducting research on the business
    environment within which an organization itself
    in order to formulate strategy.

    Tools Of Strategic Analysis:

    PEST ANALYSIS describes a framework of macro


    environmental factors used in the
    environmental scanning component of strategic
    management.

    •Political Factors are how and to what degree a


    government intervenes in the economy.

    •Economic Factors include economic growth,


    interest rates, exchange rates and the inflation
    rate.

    •Social Factors include the cultural aspects and
