    LETTER OF RECOMENDATION

    I am glad to recommend P. Lalith Sai for his admission into Master’s Program at your
    esteemed university. I was his professor for “Manufacturing Technology” in semester 4 and
    “Industrial Engineering” in semester 8. He put in a lot of effort and secured grade A in both
    these subjects. My association with him has given me an ample scope to describe his
    capabilities very closely, both academically and personally.
    His insight into the learning process and innovative thinking made him participate in
    various technical symposiums conducted in the college. He is an intelligent and hardworking
    student with good observation skills. His presentations of reports and departmental seminars
    were very good and they were a testimony to his communication and leadership skills and
    command of the English language. I found him highly motivated to do higher studies.
    Another notable quality he possesses is his leadership ability. The way he took up the
    task of organizing and fundraising a technical event for 2 days of student gathering more than
    2000 students from various colleges while simultaneously maintaining a communication
    between the faculty and the students and providing excellent results for the sponsors is highly
    commendable.
    I rate him among one of the bright minds in a class of 60 students. I believe that his
    diligence and pragmatic analysis represent his positive outlook for research. Hence, I strongly
    recommend him to be considered as the potential candidate for admission to the graduate
    program at your esteemed university with full financial assistance. I wish him all success for
    his endeavours for his bright career.
