Abstract
Electronic Commerce is process of doing business through computer networks. A person sitting
on his chair in front of a computer can access all the facilities of the Internet to buy or sell the
products. Unlike traditional commerce that is carried out physically with effort of a person to go
& get products, ecommerce has made it easier for human to reduce physical work and to save
time. E-Commerce which was started in early 1990’s has taken a great leap in the world of
computers, but the fact that has hindered the growth of e-commerce is security. Security is the
challenge facing e-commerce today & there is still a lot of advancement made in the field of

commerce is implemented for improving access to global
markets for firms in developing countries. For a developing
country advancement in the field of e-commerce is essential.

Introduction
Gadgets Hub is an E-commerce web application. Electronic commerce or e-

commerce (sometimes written as eCommerce) is a business model that lets firms and individuals
buy and sell things over the internet. E-commerce, which can be conducted over computers,
tablets, or smartphones may be thought of like a digital version of mail-order catalog shopping.
Nearly every imaginable product and service is available through e-commerce transactions,
including books, music, plane tickets, and financial services such as stock investing and online
banking. As such, it is considered a very disruptive technology. E-commerce has helped
businesses establish a wider market presence by providing cheaper and more efficient
distribution channels for their products or services. For example, the mass retailer Target has
supplemented its brick-and-mortar presence with an online store that lets customers purchase
everything from clothes to coffeemakers to toothpaste to action figures.
Gadgets Hub is online retailer committed to becoming the most loved and trusted marketplace on
the web. It tirelessly pursues these goals by offering a superior shopping experience with cutting-
edge logistics and stellar customer service. The browsing never ends. It has the largest selection
of IT and lifestyle products priced exclusively for every customer.
Gadgets Hub offers users to browse through various electronic gadgets related to computer such
as Desktop PCs, Laptops, Smartphones and computer devices making it the hub of gadgets.
Gadgets Hub is only for Electronic gadgets and computer related products. So, Gadgets Hub is
dedicated for users to browse and buy Computers and related products.
“Gadgets Hub” is web-based application developed for the purpose for users to find electronic
gadgets without any hassle. It is dedicated for only computer gadgets and related products.
Problem Definition
In the context of Nepal e-commerce web applications dedicated for computer gadgets are rarely
available. Most e-commerce is focused to multiple categories mostly for clothing and furniture.
For instance, e-commerce that has multiple categories yet a single gadget for computer or laptop
could not be found. As result user has to find that product offline. To overcome this problem
“Gadgets Hub” is available for users.
There are different trends every generation. In this generation people have different careers. And
every career has one common thing i.e. computers. Whether it is gamers, video makers, video
editors, graphic designers, entrepreneurs, accountants; “Gadgets Hub” helps them to find best of
the best computer products for them.
Consumers have hard time finding computer related products only. Though there are many retail
shops yet users wish to browse products with their tip of finger and buy products at reasonable
price. So, Gadgets Hub offers consumers their wish. They can find different products and buy
them without any hassle.
Objectives
The main object of this project is to provide gadget which user can add to cart and order they
like:-
• To provide various gadget for download
•To provide user to review to product
•To provide easy access finding gadget with their descripation, price.
Implementation
First of all we downloaded opencart using opencart website.After downloading opencart we

extracted in F:\wampp\www folder then rename config-dist.php file to config.php file in both
config-dist.php file. After that we started installation process and process is as follow
 Create database first

 Visit opencart installer
Accept the license agreement
Make sure all pre-installation checks are passed:
Enter the database information along with an admin username/password, and email
address
 Delete install folder.

System Details
Our website is use for e-commerece purpose. In this website we sell different gadget like mobile
device, laptop, airpod, etc to people. User can visit our website and see different gadget they
want to order of different company they trust and like and order them.We have different
company model gadget. In our website people can see gadget information like gadget price ,
name , which company it belong to , image and extra descripation. People can give review to
product to show how product is . To make people easier to buy we have add feature of cart.
People can add product to cart and still visit website to see what else they want to buy.
Conculsion
With the “Gadgets Hub” web application users can browse electronic products with its eye
pleasing UI design. Admins can quickly add products to their offering and change prices and
descriptions. User can visite website and look for electronic product they like and order or buy
the product after they have found it. To make buying process for easier we use can use cart
feature. User can give rating and review to product. User can know various information about
product before buying them like rating , name , image , company and price.
