 Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of IT professionals including: sourcing, interviewing, reference ch
ecking, BGV initiation, documentation and hiring candidates for contract to hire positions Onboarding 
them and also involved in redeployment once contract ends.
 Managing the top level, senior level, middle level, Internal Recruitment & leadership hiring for PAN India
administering project based recruitment as an RPO Expert/ Stack holder Management/ Vendor
management .

 Worked with the technical experts and understood the software products & technologies to hire a right
kind of talent.
 Sustaining relationship with HR Heads developing & maintaining recruiting networks and relationships

 Requirements gathering & Understand from the Account Managers/ Hiring Manager. Conducting Weekly
Interaction with them.Strategizing the recruitment need for potential deal wins and creating funnel for

 Sourcing resumes through active and passive search like job portals LinkedIn, Extensive use of Job Portals

 Placing interviews with the hiring managers at the client organizations.
 Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information about the company and position and emailing to th
e shortlisted candidates. 
 Analyzing candidates via telephone and gaining knowledge about their employment history, skills, Educati
on, Project details, Current CTC, Expected CTC and Notice period and overall evaluation of candidates on 
various parameters according to client’s requirements.
 Doing Coordination in walkin interviews and Scheduled interviews (i.e. Face to Face, Telephonic, WebEx, 
Bluejeans,Skype etc.)
 Complete follow up and coordination with candidates from interview till post joining.
 Closed the resource placement successfully with constant and proactive follow-up with hiring managers.
 Interacting with Client’s Spoc and closely involved in onboarding very critical positions.
 Maintain database records in Excel database for all active and inactive candidates, submitted, potential, foll
ow up and ensuring an accurate pipeline of qualified technical professionals.
 Assist with weekly meetings, update, and track and attaining conference calls of client sector managers and 
reporting
 Creating daily MIS reports and sharing it with business team.
