    GUI GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE

    A graphical user interface is a way to communicate what you want to the computer application or
    operating system without typing the instructions in . such as windows , icons, menu, powerpoint check
    box , buttons , colors , fonts , content and image etc. windows os , macos and developed by using GUI
    system.

     character user interface GUI or command line interface


     Graphical user interface
     Touchscreen Graphical user interface

    ADVANTAGE OF GUI

     It requires just a click on the simple icon or menu in order to use its functionalities .
     it is a user friendly and easy to use
     not need to understanding programing language command codes to use it .
     it is multi functional and very attractive graphical features .

    DISADVANTAGE OF GUI

     Gui is little show than cui in the case of the speed.


     it takes a lot of storage then regular cui based system
     Difficult to develop and high cost

    CUI CHARACTER USER INTERFACE

    Cui stands for character user interface cui is a text based operating system user has to interface with
    the application by making use of commands . It provides by graphical platform to the user and only one
    task can run at a time Cui includes dos and unix.
    WHAT IS THE TOP 10 DIFFERENT BETWEEN GUI AND CUI ?

    it stands for graphical user interface it stands for character user interface
    it is easy to use it is difficult use
    it is consumes more memory it comsumes less memory
    The speed of gui is slows than cui it is fast than gui system
    The operating system of cui requires a mouse and the operating system of cui requires a keyboard only

    An operating system is the most imporant softwere that runs on a computer . withour operating
    system the computer is nothing . it interacts between computer user and computer hardware which
    performs all the basic block tasks like file management , memory management , process management ,
    handling input and output and controlling peripheral and printers etc. some popular example of
    operating are microsoft windows . apple macos ,linux geogles android and so on .
