METHOD hour.
1. Pre-heat the oven at 180˚C (OTG mode: upper rod + lower rod
+ fan).
2. In a bowl, cream together unsalted butter, icing sugar and salt.
3. Once creamed, add milk and vanilla essence.

4. Now, add sifted dry ingredients ie. Flour, almond flour, corn
flour and milk powder. Mix to form a dough. Cling wrap the OTG
dough and refrigerate for 1 hour. 180˚C (upper rod +
lower rod + fan)

METHOD
1. In a saucepan, take chopped pineapple, sugar and salt.
2. Cook the mixture until the water from pineapple reduces.
3. Add honey and cook till pineapple caramelizes.

ASSEMBLY
1. Take the dough, make balls of 25 g and flatten it.
2. Fill 1 tsp pineapple filling in it.
3. Close the cookie and give the design with the help of a knife.
4. Freeze the cookie for about 10 minutes.
5. Bake at 180˚C (OTG mode: upper rod + lower rod + fan) for 10-15 minutes.
