METHOD
1. In a saucepan, take chopped pineapple, sugar and salt.
2. Cook the mixture until the water from pineapple reduces.
3. Add honey and cook till pineapple caramelizes.
ASSEMBLY
1. Take the dough, make balls of 25 g and flatten it.
2. Fill 1 tsp pineapple filling in it.
3. Close the cookie and give the design with the help of a knife.
4. Freeze the cookie for about 10 minutes.
5. Bake at 180˚C (OTG mode: upper rod + lower rod + fan) for 10-15 minutes.
