    A What do you understand by the term App?
    Ans-An app is a software programme primarily developed for hand held smart devices
    such as mobile and tablet.
    B What are Web app?
    Ans Web apps are actually web applications these apps are not deployed on the app store
    you need extra app called browser to access these apps on your mobile device.
    C What is native mobile app?
    Ans- Native are platform dependent which mean that these apps are primarily deployed
    for a specific platform for exp- any app for IOS will not run for any other platform such
    as android, windows etc. Exp- Microphone, camera,
    D What are E-commerce app?
    Ans E-commerce means to buy and sell product on an online service over the internet
    while sitting at home. Exp- Amazon, Grofer, Flipcart.

    A) Briefly Explain any three types of Apps with example?
    Ans- I) Productivity APP- Also known as business App used by businessmen to
    perform several complex task. Productivity apps are Google Calendar Evernote,
    Dropbox.
    II) Utility Apps These apps allow us to do daily tasks such as booking cabs, railway
    tickets and appointment with doctor, sharing files. Exp- SHAREit.
    Calculator, Flashlight.
    III) Gaming App-These apps allow us to improve our cognitive skill such as
    attention and focus. popular apps are PUBG, Angry Birds etc.

    B) Define two categories of mobile apps? Give two example of each?


    Ans- i) Native App- They are platform dependent which means that these apps are
    primarily developed for a specific platform.for example any app which is developed
    for iOS will not run on any other platform such as Android, windows example-
    Camera, Microphone, Gallery

    ii) Web App- These App are not deployed on the app store Hence you need extra
    app called browser to access these apps on your mobile device we also need internet
    connection to work with web app.

    C) What is the difference between Web App and Web site?


    Ans- Web apps are different from websites. The major difference is that a web app
    can be a small part of a website which provide a particular functionality. On the
    other hand, Website can contain many web Apps.

    D) What is educational app? Give any two example.


    Ans-Educational App provide a platform for children to learn from anywhere and
    anytime. These Apps use advance methodologies and new concepts to make the
    learning easier. Exp- Vedantu, Akash, Khan academy
