D-PACK, produce Automatic Folder Gluer machines for Side pasting, Lock Bottom, 4 Corner pasting
for the carton types such as Duplex/Mono Cartons, 3ply – E-Flute, 3ply / 5ply cardboard boxes from
the size 3" to 110" range.
PARTS OF AUTO FOLDER GLUER MACHINE
FEEDING UNIT
This Auto feeding section feeds the 3/5 Ply corrugated boxes
through the belt driven method with the help of both side
guide with motion top feeding operation with adjustable
corrugated box holder. The feeding section is being
controlled by A/c Variable Frequency Drive with in-build
electromagnetic clutch control switches with sensors.
FLAP GLUING UNIT
This is gluing unit made of Stainless Steel with the capacity of

5kgs of any white adhesive. (SH) Gluing disk has a thickness
of 24mm which is divided into 8mm and 16mm thickness.
This can be changed according to the width of FLAP size. The
Excess glues controlled by glue guider and returns to the
tank.

FOLDING UNIT
Setting of folding unit (TOP & BOTTOM TRACK) is motorized

and it is very user friendly. Main folding is being done on
these tracks after glue is applied to flap. Once the folding
process is completed the same will be sent to Box sizing unit
through PPD section.
PPD AND BOX SIZING UNIT
Pre Pressure Delivery is being used to send the boxes after

counting the units and for box sizing purpose. Box Sizing unit is
fixed with Pneumatic cylinders which is used for lifting the
boxes after box sizing is being done.
EJECTING & FREE ROLLER CONVEYOR
This unit is for collecting the glued corrugated boxes as

per as per the quantity set and after sizing the same. Free
roller conveyor is collecting the boxes for bundling
purpose. The length of the free roller conveyor is
approx... 10 feet length.
ELECTRICAL PANEL BOARD.
This Electrical panel board is built in HMI with all other main
control system like Folding Track forward and reverse of
both Right and Left, and counting etc.. The total count of the
cartons will be displayed here.

B] PRICES:

b) Taxes and other charges are extra
C] TAXES, DUTIES AND FREIGHT:
a) Unloading and transport charges are extra at your cost.
D] PAYMENTS:
a) 50 % Advance along with Purchase Order.

b) 50% must be paid against delivery Intimation OR after Inspection by your representatives at our site.
E] DELIVERY:
60 working days from the date of your purchase order along with advanced payment.
F]. INSURANCE:
Transit insurance will be charged 1% (Extra at your cost) Compulsory.
G]. INSTALLATION:
Installation of Machineries will be done by our engineer; Customer has to arrange for their Boarding
&Lodging and all other local expenses during Installation period.
H] VALIDITITY
This offer is valid only for 15 days from the date of issue. If you are releasing Purchase Order after the
validity date kindly, confirm the rate.
I]. DESIGN AND PATTERN:
We reserve the right to change the design or pattern without notice no claims will be acceptable.
