RESOLUTION GRANTING AUTHORITY TO THE PUNONG BARANGAY, ARNEIL B. ABUZO TO ENTER


INTO AND SIGN FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF AFGA THE MEMORANDUM
OF AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH THE GRACE DAY CARE CENTER OF AFGA FOR THE DONATION OF
LOT 10 x 10 SQUARE MS. LOCATED AT P-2, AFGA, SIBAGAT, AGUSAN DEL SUR.

SPONSORED BY: HON. ROSALITO Q. MONTECILLO

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Afga, this municipality authorized the Punong Barangay to sign the
entire contract and such other transaction represented by its Barangay;

WHEREAS, ARTICLE 11 CHAPTER 3, Section 389 (a), of RA 7160 otherwise known as the New Local
Government Code of 1991 (Powers, Duties and function of the Chief Executive of the Barangay) expressly provides that
(Quote) upon authorization of the Sangguniang Barangay, (Punong Barangay) represent the municipality in all its
transactions and sign on its behalf all bonds, contracts, and obligations, and such other documents made pursuant to law or
ordinance (Unquote), thus, this resolution for the Punong Barangay to legally enter into such transaction.

WHEREFORE on motion of HON. ROSALITO Q. MONTECILLO and unanimously supported by the August
Body, be it-

RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to THE PUNONG BARANGAY, ARNEIL B. ABUZO TO ENTER


INTO AND SIGN FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF AFGA THE MEMORANDUM
OF AGREEMENT (MOA) WITH THE GRACE DAY CARE CENTER OF AFGA FOR THE DONATION OF
LOT 10 x 10 SQUARE MS. LOCATED AT P-2, AFGA, SIBAGAT, AGUSAN DEL SUR.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the furnish copies of this resolution to
the Honorable Municipal Mayor Maria Liza L. Evangelista cpa., reb., Honorable Sangguniang Bayan Member
and other offices concerned.
