    1.       Compile all the data on your previous activities on Communicable and Non-communicable
    Diseases, Nutrition and Environmental Health.

    2.       Formulate a health education project for your community based on the data. Use a creative and
    catchy name for your health education project.

    3.       Create 2 ORIGINAL mass media materials based on the results of the primary and secondary data
    collection (what health problem should be addressed in your community, through health education and
    promotion)

     1 mass media material (visual such as infographics, brochure or pamphlet)– Communicable,


    Non-communicable Diseases OR Nutrition
     1 mass media material (jingle)  - Environmental Health

    *For the jingle, compose original lyrics for a short jingle about the environmental issue or problem in your
    community (based on the results of your survey). Aside from lyrics, state the tune of the song.
