What I Have Learned


Complete the following statements.
1. I discovered that to be able to manage one’s stress is- The first step is to acknowledge what
you are feeling and do not invalidate your emotion. When you tell it to someone, build a
boundary and do not absorb everything that the other person has to say. When you know
that your feelings are valid, find a way or find someone to talk to and try to determine the
root of you stress and you will be able to manage it from there.
2. I discovered that there are a lot of benefits in- Doing physical activities and in connecting with
nature
3. I can say that the role of physical activity assessments in managing one's stress is-
scientifically true. Physical activities release happy hormones and will change the
chemical components in our brain.
4. I learned that engaging physical activity will help me to- calm down, manage my emotions, and
release my stress.
5. As an individual, my responsibility to manage one’s stress is- primarily my own. Other people
are not responsible for my stress, but there is always a line that I have to draw when other
people try to cross my boundaries.

I think feel better.  


Effective stress control assists you in breaking the grip that stress has on your life, allowing
you to be happier, stronger, and more prosperous. The overarching aim is to live a healthy life,
with time for jobs, friends, rest, and fun as well as the resilience to cope under pressure and
face problems head on. However, tension control is not a one-size-fits-all approach. That is
why it is important to experiment and discover what works better for you. The stress control
tips given below will assist you in accomplishing this.

I can help my friend and my family to be physically fit thru daily exercise and chores
everyday. despite this pandemic we can be active by doing some activities in our home with
our family.
