When you love yourself and are surrounded by individuals who love to take care of themselves, practicing hygiene is simple.
When you're surrounded by individuals who don't take care of themselves, it's hard to sustain hygiene. It becomes a habit if
you've become used to it. Either way, practice makes permanent. However, if you are the type of person who wants to smell
and look nice in order to feel good, you will maintain decent hygiene. Because maintaining a decent appearance or keeping
yourself clean is a kind of SELF LOVE.
