    AGENDA:

    1. Lupon Members
    - Lupon members suggested to the Lupon Chairman to conduct again an orientation
    or seminar on legal education to familiarize themselves with the basics of barangay
    justice to update themselves and that they will be exposed to various cases to
    widen their experience.

    AGENDA:

    1. Lupon Strategies
    - The Lupon follow rules exactly to the settlement procedures in accordance with
    the KP Law. In times of confusions, the Lupon Chairman immediately
    coordinates with the DILG Officer for clarification, either by personal visit or
    via phone call to continuously guide them for the proper process. The Lupon
    meet regularly every month and have a systematic and updated record-
    keeping which is also utilizing a computer system for KP implementation.
