    As per Insured representative, Ahead going another vehicle applied sudden brakes, resulting captioned
    Insured vehicle dahsed on the rear of that another vehivle, causing extensive damages. NOTE:
    vehicle was shifted to some other place after accident, where survey done.

    In pursuance of the instructions received from your office, the insured was requested to let the undersigned know
    as to when & where the subject vehicle would be re-inspected. The insured then informed the undersigned on
    05.02.2021 that the subject vehicle is available at the repairers workshop for the re-inspection. Accordingly, our
    representative visited the said workshop on the same day and re-inspected the above mentioned vehicle along
    with salvage.

    On detailed re-inspection of the subject vehicle, all the visible repairs/replacements as recommended by the
    undersigned in his final survey report of even number were found to have been carried out on the subject vehicle.

    Salvage was destroyed and photograph of the same is enclosed.

    The photographs of the completed vehicle were taken and are enclosed.

    This report is issued without prejudice.
