    Please be informed that the BOF State of the Bank Address (SOBA) 2022 will be held on February 05, 2022

    departments at Executive Offices (EO) and all Strategic Banking Unit (SBU) personnel at their respective

    4.1. Executive Office - Meals will be facilitated by the SOBA/EEAC Committee;
    4.2. SBUs - Meal allowance (snacks and Lunch) of Four Hundred Pesos (PhP 400.00) per confirmed employee
    will be given;

    4.3. Total budget per SBU will be given thru Treasurer’s/Cashier’s/Manager’s Check (TCMC) c/o the Branch
    Manager (BM) or Branch Operation Officer (BOO); and

    4.4. Those who did not confirm non-attendance but failed to attend, a salary deduction of the actual expense
    per person shall be applied which shall be deducted from their payroll.

    5. Attendees are required to wear the BOF Polo Shirt (Friday Uniform). For those who have not yet been issued
    with the BOF Polo Shirt, please wear any white polo/polo shirt.
