    A RESOLUTION FOR APPLYING BARANGAY 905, ZONE 100 A MERALCO ACCOUNT TO
    BARANGAY DAY CARE CENTER/MULTI-PURPOSE HALL LOCATED AT 049 J. POSADAS ST.,
    PUNTA, STA. ANA, MANILA

    WHEREAS, pursuant to Republic Act 7160 of the Local Government Code of 1991
    Section 17 (1)(ii) Local government units shall endeavor to be self-reliant
    and shall continue exercising the powers and discharging the duties and
    functions currently vested upon them which includes “Health and Social
    Services which include maintenance of Barangay Health Centers and Day
    Care Centers”

    WHEREAS, that as elected Barangay officials of Barangay 905, bound to uphold the
    Constitution and its Laws for the general welfare of inhabitants,

    WHEREAS, that Barangay Day Care Center/Multi-purpose Hall of barangay 905, Zone
    100 located at 049 J. Posadas St., Punta, Sta. Ana, Manila needs to have a
    Meralco services for the convenience of its day care students and other
    constituents using the Multi-purpose Hall,

    THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the approval of APPLYING


    BARANGAY 905, ZONE 100 A MERALCO ACCOUNT TO BARANGAY DAY CARE CENTER/MULTI-
    PURPOSE HALL LOCATED AT 049 J. POSADAS ST., PUNTA, STA. ANA, MANILA.

    Done this 29th day of October, 2021, City of Manila.
