1. How do the arts in the Philippines evolves?
 Art was closest in spirit to the Filipino soul and native soil since it
portrayed everyday life and surroundings without idealizing them.
Philippine art has evolved from the beginning of civilization to the
present era. It focuses on society through a wide range of diverse
cultural influences and how it sharpened our country's culture in the
arts. Visual arts, performing arts, sculptures, and textiles are
examples of Philippine arts.

2. What are the possible effects these changes to the Filipino culture?
Explain your answer.

INTEGRATE
Activity 3. COLLAGE MAKING
The activity will introduce the Artistic skills used in creating arts. Make
and create a collage presenting the cause and effect of Covid 19 to the
Filipinos. Use a Clean Sheet of Bond Paper.

Procedure:
1. Gather pictures from any sources (internet, used magazine, etc.) cut
into pieces.
2. Assemble the cut pieces.
3. Create figures that would represent the causes and effects of Covid
19 to the Filipinos..
4. Paste them to a clean bond paper.
5. Put a title to your collage.

Health Optimizing and Physical Education

Physical education is aimed at strengthening human health, developing its


physical abilities.

This does not mean that I do not like to study–in mathematics, history
and other subjects I do well.

But I really like to move and do some vigorous activity.

In physical education, we get the opportunity to improve: we run, play


ball, jump in length.

I want to grow strong, beautiful and healthy and I know that physical
education will help me with this.
I KNOW THAT EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL FITNESS WILL HELP ME
BECOME A WOMAN WHO IS HEALTHY, STRONG, AND BEAUTIFUL.

I know that Health Optimizing and Physical Education will help me become
a woman who is healthy, strong and beautiful.

I like moving around and engaging in vigorous activity.

But I do study history, mathematics, and other subjects

I don't like to think that means I don't have ability.

This physical is focused at improving health and human strength through


education.
