- Arrive on Time: Participants will be given 15 minutes for the
registration.
- Dress Appropriately: For our student nurses, please do wear the
proper Uniform following the college’s dress code. (SEGWAY –
DRESS CODE FOR)
- Be Aware of Your Surroundings: Eliminate distractions, as much as
possible.
- Turn Your Cameras On: Everyone is encouraged to use the ZOOM
background provided by us throughout the entire program, as much as
possible.
- Keep Your Microphones on Mute: To reduce background noise and
distractions.
- Be Fully Present: Listen, pay attention and participate actively.
- Ask Questions: The participants will be given the chance to ask
questions. You can direct it to the organizers or to the hosts.
- Fill Out the Forms: Participants must accomplish the attendance and
evaluation forms to receive their E-Certificates.
Jimuel: Everyone please settle down. We will start our webinar at Exactly 9:15 AM.

Jimuel: Hi, Hello, and Good Moring Everyone, My name is Jims (And I’m Liza),
welcoming you all to our end semester webinar conducted by us (BSN 4-B) for
the course NCM 119 – Leadership and Management in Nursing.
Liza: With our webinar entitled “Becoming an Effective Nurse Leader: What makes
One a Great One”, we aim to motivate our fellow student nurses, as well as our
Registered Nurses to acquire and achieve roles and technique in Leadership and
Management process, not only when we are working, but also in school setting
and our everyday lives.
Jimuel: To bless our webinar with the words of our Lord, we would like to call MS.
HANNAH DEQUITO, to lead our prayer and an invocation afterwards. Followed
by a Video Presentation for the singing of our NATIONAL ANTHEM and LSPU
HYMN.
Jimuel: Before we move to today’s main activity, we will have first an Ice Breaker. The
mechanics is just you have to guess the names of the personas flashed on your
screen who had a great contribution to the nursing profession within our country
and across the globe.
You may type your answer on the chat box of our zoom meeting, the first one to
type the correct answer will of course receive a prize from us.
Jimuel: Before we jump on to our main speaker, we will go on a short side trip by
listening to a Filipino Manager Nurse who is working abroad, in Worthing Hospital
in the United Kingdom to be specific, for about 5 years. Everyone, let us all
