    1 Before downloading new PLC software, make sure to have a backup of following:
     System backup from all PLC’s.
     Snapshot of the DB’s
    Backup of all online Simocode, WAGO and Drive settings
    Upload the backup to SVN and/or store it on a separate medium
    2 Download all PLC modules mentioned in 25-203-EA07-A-XF-110 & 25-203-Z-EA01-A-
    SN-001. It is basically all PLC software prepared in SVN:
    25/25_203_SLB_GT1000/Release/PLC. All of the needs to be downloaded since it’s an
    upgrade to TIA15.
    3 Replace old hardware (S1,S2,OH, & TT) Ref. 25-203-AD01-A-YC-005.
    Note: New hardware have all necessary software installed and tested.
    4 Install new images. First, install new images only to computers that are crucial for the
    operation:
     X1
     TPL
     TPR

    5 Download new Cisco switch configuration. Ref. 25-203-AD01-A-YC-007
    New switch config located in SVN: 25/25_203_SLB_GT1000/Release /Network/Switch
    6 Complete job package 25-203-AD01-A-YC-001. Step 1-4 are not applicable as they
    have already been taken care of in this job-package.
    7 Complete software update test procedure. Ref chapter #6 in 25-203-EA07-A-XF-110
