    Reflection Paper

    Renerose Perez- Romins Store


    Mrs. Renerose Perez for me is woman with passion because as I interviewed her, I can
    see in her eyes how much she love and expert in her work. I’ve learned from her that business
    is not all about income and its real essence is all about the happiness that by chance you talked
    to someone that can give another ideas to you and the opportunities she can give from others
    and also being a passionate in your chosen field. She said that as we aged, everything’s changed
    and we came into realization and for me is very true. She wanted to have a business related to
    gardening that quite wonderful aside from the retail she have now. She preferred being an
    entrepreneur than an employee thus, she have her own reasons like for the family and since
    then she wanted to be a boss, who wasn’t want to be a boss right? She only have one
    entrepreneur role model, Jack Ma the richest man in China that as I’ve researched his
    background I’m very awe and admired him so much that he start from dust and now to a
    shining diamond stone. Mrs. Perez words gives me the idea that business it is not always money
    but it is your way of life, how happy and passionate you are on it. Indeed Mrs. Perez is a person
    to be admired.

    Maria Theresa Fabio- TAMKIN FROZEN FOODS


    Mrs. Maria Theresa Fabio for me is a practical, direct to the point and dedicated person
    in the field of business because as I interviewed her the main reason why she established a
    business is to help her family, to support them with their needs. In a matter of fact even I, us
    wanted to help our family in order for them to have better way of living that we wanted to give
    back all their struggles and hard works. She’s admirable because she is contend for having what
    she have right now, a single business is enough for her and with the factor that everyone’s
    getting old. She prefer entrepreneurship than employment. Mrs. Fabio’s role model is her
    grandfather and parents as what I am thinking, those persons are her inspiration to become
    what she is right now. She loves her work so much which is very inspiring and admirable that
    someday I wanted to have a business if ever too.

    Daryl Labatorio- Labatorio Poultry Raising


    ` Mr. Daryl Labatorio is one dedicated/determined, hardworking, family loving and an
    intelligent person. I can say that he is a wonderful person, a risk taker that he quits his job just
    to start a small business that as of now we can say a successful one. He’s one true role model.
    He highlighted that building and supervising a business is difficult. He has his own beliefs and
    strategies in terms of business in order to run it properly. He believes that choose a career
    either being an employee or entrepreneur that you have the experience and passion on it. He
    has three entrepreneur model that is very successful particularly in the field of poultry raising.
    In addition, Mr. Labatorio is a genuine entrepreneur with an admirable and inspiring journey in
    business. “You can’t reach your destination if you don’t step forward,” he said. I wanted to be
    like him someday if ever.
