Grammar Guide:
1. Reported Speech - Statements
- To report what somebody else said.
- ‘That’ can be used to introduce reported speech, but we often omit it.
- There are necessary changes when we convert direct speech to reported speech.

Exercise 4: Rewrite the direct speech as reported speech.
