SPRITUAL SELF

“Don't get caught up in the 'look' thing. Sometimes, we as men and women, the first thing that attracts
us to someone is their physical appearance, and that's not always a good thing because what's good on the
outside is not always good on the inside.”- Keith Sweat

My physical self, often known as my outward self, is the one that most people see. By pampering,
caring for, and making myself seem nice, I value my physical self. I have no special disdain for my physical
self because it is who I am and what I enjoy the most because it is this self that interacts with individuals of
all qualities, desires, and social standing. This physical self, too, has gone through many ups and downs, and
that is the reason why I am here encouraging everyone to be confident in themselves, regardless of how they
appear physically. This look, or the person speaking in front of you, has also been bullied because of my
physical self, but what's more important is that we should know not only our physical selves, but also who
we are and what we're here for.

“We need feminism because degrading phrases like "walk of shame" are commonplace in our social
vocabulary, yet these are only applied to women; whereas men in the same situation are praised by their
peers and seen as nothing more than " a guy who got lucky", by the rest of society.”
― Miya Yamanouchi

Our sexual self is our understanding of ourselves or what we are. I cherish my sexual self through
understanding who I am and respecting my sexual self as well as other people or sexual characters. We
should all have equal rights, regardless of who we are or what sexual character we belong to, because we all
live in such a diverse and lovely environment. Every person and sexual character has a purpose in life and in
society, and we should mainstream all types of sexual character or self. Dislike in terms of prejudice, since
they, too, have the right to live their lives free of bigotry and hatred; they are individuals, and we must
accept and normalize their existence. What I like about today's society is that people are gradually accepting
and respecting diverse sexual identities.
“Make your own Bible. Select and collect all the words and sentences that in all your readings have
been to you like the blast of a trumpet.” ―Ralph Waldo Emerson

First, spirituality refers to a sense of meaning and purpose that extends beyond his physical
surroundings. We are inevitably programmed to make realizations about life as we develop, and those
realizations are not always about observable phenomena or environmental experiences; we observe
phenomena occurring around us, as well as our own personal experiences, and then assign meaning and
make philosophical rationalizations about why it happens and why it happens to us. While many researchers
have suggested that we should seek out the purpose of life, we should instead ask ourselves, "What meaning
do I place in my life?" " How we interpret things is influenced by the meaning and rationalizations we
generate." Our value orientations and other personal stand points are formed as a result of our experiences in
life. We evaluate the "meaningfulness" of our lives to see if they are worthwhile. A second part of
spirituality is concerned with a person's ties to other areas of his life, such as other people, nature, and
sanctity and divinity. Spirituality is relational; in the search for and application of meaning in one's life, we
build and maintain relationships with people, other living things, and God. Our essential beliefs are
expressed in how we interact with others, including family members, school peers, and nature. Spirituality,
third, is concerned with the sacred and sublime. We believe that there is a power greater than ourselves at
work in the realm of thieves. We believe there is life after death because we believe death is unavoidable,
and this belief dictates our lifestyles and essential behaviours. Our desire for tranquillity and fulfilment in
life also drives our search for holiness. Regardless of the issues that arise, we acquire acceptance and
contentment.
