I am easy going, organised, ambitious and creative and I enjoy every challenge that comes ahead. I am an outgoing member of staff who is able to work equally well in a team or under my own initiative. I am a fast learner and I enjoy learning new skills as well using my existing ones, and I am willing to attend any training that is felt necessary for me to do my job effectively. I can produce a high standard of work and I know the importance of producing good quality work. Worked as a labourer for this relatively successful painting and decorating firm. My duties were to assist in general plastering and painting tasks. Customer Service Advisor (HSBC) BANK PLC Aug 2008 Nov 2006
Employed as a customer service representative, to deal with enquires such as personal banking and internet banking. The duties of this role were to deal with any query that branch can deal with but we had to deal with it over the phone. I also received a lot of training from HSBC and even progressed onto the business to business department were I only dealt with HSBC business customers.
Labourer
Employed as a labourer for a small independent painting and decorating firm Chris Meannie. My duties involved assisting the tradesman by supplying them with materials and equipment. Other duties included preparing plaster for walls, and keeping the workplace clean and tidy. Knowledge of health and safety was required in this job. This role allowed me to demonstrate my ability to prioritise tasks effectively and to operate in an organised manner in a fast paced environment, ensuring quality customer service at all times in order to encourage new and repeat business.
