can be achieved only with professional growth. For example, in many jobs, people
with higher professional hierarchy earn higher salary than the lower one.

professional development, CPD, with attendant economic benefits or better placements. Firstly,
career growth comprising promotions, skill acquisition, or job responsibilities is what many
people seek when they select careers. Young management professionals from top American
