    BROTHER

    MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

    1. That the above stated case is pending before this


    Hon'ble Court and the same is now fixed for hearing
    on 09/02/2022. That the applicant had filed a
    maintenance petition under S. 125, C.r.P.C.

    2. That the petitioner is residing at her brother’s


    residence , at C/o Sh. Dikshant Kadyan, R/o H.No.
    A-Block, K W Shrishti Rajnagar EXT., Gaziabad, U.P.

    3. That the marriage of the petitioner’s brother is


    fixed for 21st and 22nd November 2021. The marriage
    card is annexed herewith as Annexure-A.
    4. That the children are currently in custody of the
    respondent.

    5. That it is requested to this Hon’ble Court to


    direct the respondent to bring the children during
    the marriage of the petitioner’s brother.

    Prayer:

    In view of the fact and circumstances mentioned


    above it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly
    pleased to list the matter earlier for hearing for
    proper adjudication of the case, in the interest of
    justice. Any other order which this Hon'ble Court deem
    fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the
    case may kindly be passed in favour of the Petitioner
    and against the respondent.
