Notice
1. What did you consider in writing your lesson / learning plans?
• Lesson Objectives
Each lesson plan should start by considering what students will learn or able to
do by the end of the class. It is probably one of the most important parts of the
lesson plan because it is student centered and outcomes based. Objectives can
range from easy to hard tasks depending on student abilities. Objectives tell
what you will be observing in student performance and describe criteria by
which you can measure performance against. I should set clear goals and
objectives or it must be S.M.A.R.T. so I can track student process and ensure that
the new concepts are understood before moving on to the next lesson.
• Content.
It is important to research the subject matter that I will be teaching. It is also a
good idea to know the national standards and state standards that drive
curriculum in each subject area that you are responsible for.
• Learning Activities

2. What difficulties did you meet in writing your lesson / learning plans?
The difficulties I meet in doing my lesson plan is aligning the learning
outcomes to the activities and to the assessment.
3. What feedback was/were given by your Resource Teacher in your first draft /
succeeding lesson/learning plans.
Comments
✓ The chosen activities were suited to the level of the students.
✓ The use of pictures in presenting the lesson can help the students to visualize
the shapes into real objects.
✓ The target competencies are reflected on the chosen activities.
Recommendations:
 Use the prescribed content and formation standards (MELC)
 Be mindful of the grammar as well as the spelling.
 Consider time frame in planning your lesson particularly in the flow of the
discussion Give additional activity/work on the learning activities part
 Make sure that the learning targets are reflected on the activities that you are
going to use.
 Always follow the format
4. What were the best features/areas for improvement of your lesson / learning
plans?
- Many best features that my resource teacher comments about my learning
plan. But also there's a need to improve like give more activities to the students,
the grammar and the spelling also the format.

Analyze the various components of your lesson plans by answering the given
matrix. Take note that you must have provisions to do this lesson on a face-to-face,
modular or through online learning.

Reflect
 Why is lesson planning an integral part of the instructional cycle?
Lesson planning provides teachers with the opportunity to plan ahead for what
they want to teach. This allows the teachers to focus on what they need for their
lesson, and it also provides a time frame for what needs to be done. Lesson
planning is an integral part of instructional cycle because this important
preparation involves the following: identification of learning as well as teaching
objectives, activities and tasks to be undertaken by both learners and the instructor;
sequencing of these activities and tasks; determining appropriate instruction aids,
methods and references; deciding the proper organization and or management of
the learning resource available, environment and activities and determining
evaluation process i.e. how the learner shall be deemed to have acquired the
desired chance of behavior or mastery of content and/or skills.
