Congratulations! We are pleased to offer you provisional admission to the IIITB and upGrad
Education Private Limited (“upGrad”) flagship IIITB Advanced Certificate Program
in Blockchain Development (hereinafter referred to as “Program”). Your applicant id is
APFE21j00291.

Based on your educational background and/or work experience, the admissions committee has found
you fit to be part of this selective group of students for our eleventh pioneering cohort. Upon
successful completion of the Program, you will receive a Advanced Certificate Program in Blockchain
Development from IIITB.

About the Program

Our Admissions Committee reviews the work profile, prior educational qualifications to shortlist the
best candidates for this Program. In your case, the committee took the decision of enrollment based on
your overall profile.

Program Commencement Date : 30th September, 2021

However, we will be commencing with the preparatory sessions immediately from the date of your
enrollment.

The Program fee is INR 99,000 (inclusive of taxes).

To confirm your acceptance of the offer, please complete the admission formalities as per the following
timelines:

● Caution amount (refer to Table A) to be paid within one (1) day of receiving this offer letter or
by the cohort start date, whichever is earlier.
● Complete the payment of remaining amount of the total Program fee (“Balance Amount”) within
seven (7) days of caution amount payment or by cohort start date, whichever is earlier.
● You can also apply for an EMI loan. You need to submit the loan application form and ensure
that all loan related formalities are completed within seven (7) days of caution amount payment
or by the cohort start date, whichever is earlier.

Student information validation:


This provisional offer of admission to the Program is subject to submission of self-attested documents
to validate the information given in the online application and other admission process. In case the
required documents are not submitted by the mentioned due date or that if discrepancies are found
between the application and self-attested documents, the admission offer stands cancelled. As a part
of the mandatory documents verification process of IIITB, we request you to submit the documents
mentioned below:
# Scanned copy of official Marksheet and Under Graduation degree.
# Scanned copy of Identity proof (PAN Card or Driving License or Passport). It should have your
Full Name and Date of Birth clearly mentioned on it. This document will be referred to by the
University for printing your name on the certificate.
# Scanned copy of two passport size photographs
In case the required documents are not submitted by the mentioned due date or that if discrepancies
are found between the application and self-attested documents including but not limiting to wrong
details about your grades or any other incorrect information provided in your application, your
admission may stand cancelled at any time in the duration of the Program, and the amount paid by
you towards the Program fee will be non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please note, do not share your documents over email. It is mandatory to share your documents in
the below form via zipped file.

The last date to share the documents is within seven (7) days of payment of caution amount or
by the cohort start date (whichever is earlier). Failing to submit all the documents as per the timeline
mentioned above will result in your automatic deferral to the immediate next cohort of the Program.
In case of delay in submission as per the aforementioned timeline, learner shall not be eligible for
refund once the Program commences. For more detail on refund please refer our refund policy.

Refund Policy
You can claim a refund for the course at any time, before the cohort start date by visiting
www.upgrad.com and submitting your refund form via the "My Application" section under your profile.
Processing fee of Rs. 10,000 will be levied. No refund is permitted once the cohort commences.
Student must pay the full fee within 7 days of payment of caution amount or cohort start date, whichever
is earlier, otherwise the admission letter will be rescinded.

Further, the fee is non-refundable once the classes commence. Request for refund must be sent via e-
mail in the prescribed Refund Request Form. The refund will be processed within 30 working days of
commencement of the Program after being duly approved by the Academic Committee.
