From where do you purchase the paper
As our polymer suits in Roller coating machine / Air Knife machine which has both heating and chilling
chamber fixed.
If he doesn’t have machine nor he is ready to install

As our polymer under went through all govt test like CIPET : sarp Laboratory for advanced research in
Polymeric material and hence proved it is plastic free.

1. 120-130 Degree Temperature for Drying
2. 12 GSM Dry coating to get full water proof and heat sealable property
3. Once it is dryed it should pass through Chilling Chamber for better results.
4. 190-250 Degree Temperature for Heat Sealable property.
5. Curing time is 24 hrs

2- Gsm coat required to get satisfactory sealing. ( by gravure process) – 12 GSM for Paper Cups ,
8-10 GSM for Paper Envelopes.
3- Is printing possible on the coated side? If yes then which quality/ process – Yes, You can do the
printing on coated side on regular printing machine.
4- Food grade certificate.- Has been Attached
5- Free from heavy metals & animal derived material certificate. – Yes Free from heavy metal, it is
pure synthetic Polymer .
6- Cost per KG for 50% solids.- We manufacture Acrylic Polymer to replace PE coating which is
used for Paper cups, Paper Plates, Food Boxes etc.
