DIGITAL MARKETING SALES DIRECTOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Director to join our
ever-growing marketing team! As a Digital Marketing Sales Director at our company, you
will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company's
digital marketing strategy, managing the sales and marketing team, developing key
growth & sales strategies, increasing the client base through new client's acquisition and
client retention and increase revenue growth objectives.

Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your
role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.

We are expecting you to have experience and a passion for digital technologies and
utilizing different digital marketing channels.

Digital Marketing Director to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our
online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels
is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for
companies such as ours.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will
be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can
become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive
with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.

RESPONSIBILITIES

✓ Managing a team and developing growth strategies for the company, business strategy, team
building plan, client management, conducting client meetings, business analysis, consulting
clients with an effective marketing plan for their business based on research, making business
proposals, service plans and strategizing client’s PR and marketing.
✓ Researching marketing avenues, making effective lead generation, client acquisition, client
retention plans, and policies.
✓ Training Sales and Marketing managers for building highly functional sales team members and
helping team members in client conversion through leading the client meeting and consulting
clients.
✓ Monitoring daily activities of the creative team, analyzing content, design, and daily progress of
each member, and encouraging the team through effective management and guidance.
✓ Helping team members in lead generation, client conversion, and client management. Ensuring
the right service is provided to the onboarded clients and guiding the creative team/delivery
team and ensuring the client is satisfied with the service.
✓ Monitoring the client’s response to the services and ensuring providing the satisfactorily
positing, management, PR, and marketing to the client.
✓ Monitoring managers/team members’ performance and daily reporting remotely.
✓ Increasing client base, business, and revenue growth by helping each team member achieve
their business targets.
✓ Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
✓ Manage the strategy
✓ Manage and train the rest of the team
✓ Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
✓ Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
✓ Measure ROI and KPIs
✓ Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
✓ Oversee all the company's social media accounts
✓ Measure and manage online content
✓ Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis
✓ Build an inbound marketing plan
✓ Anticipate sales performance trends
✓ Organize and lead the digital marketing team
✓ Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement

Digital Marketing Director Requirements


✓ 3-5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Director
✓ 4-5+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
✓ In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
✓ Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
✓ X years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software
✓ Basic knowledge of web design procedures
✓ Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
✓ Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
✓ Team player
✓ Good time-management skills
✓ Great interpersonal and communication skills
✓ MBA/BBA/MCOM/BCOM in Marketing, Digital technologies, or similar relevant field
✓ Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
✓ Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
✓ Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc. to increase company
and brand awareness
✓ Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
✓ Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through
various channels
✓ Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
✓ Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
✓ Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google
Analytics, Web Trends, etc.)
✓ Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
✓ Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

SKILLS:
✓ Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
✓ Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
✓ Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
✓ Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
✓ Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, etc.)
✓ Skills and experience in creative content writing
✓ Analytical mindset and critical thinking
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

❖ Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or related field


❖ Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and web
analytics
❖ Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate
effectively
❖ The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
❖ At least three years of experience writing for a B2B audience
❖ Experience using keyword finders, hashtag finders, and other writing tools.
