I. Introduction
The experiment was set up for students to practice volume measuring
techniques as well as analyze data in chemistry laboratories. In this
experiment, we examine data using both statistical analysis and calibration.
Statistical analysis is a statistical method for analyzing quantitative data.
Since experimentation typically leads to multiple measurements of the same
object being subject to error, it is used to summarize data using average
figures and to quantify the uncertainty in observed variables. By propagating
the measurement error through a mathematical model, statistical analysis
may be utilized to estimate the error in the resulting quantity. The analysis of
variance is another statistical study that is used to find variations between
measurements of two or more samples. In addition, if one variable is
measured in respect to the other, the relationship between the two variables
may be described statistically using regression analysis.

The H0 cannot be rejected since t = -11.540 < t-crit. As a result, the mean of black

II. Discussion

Experiment 1: STATISTIC ANALYSIS

Mean of beans have a similar average. Green beans have a higher standard deviation than
black beans. Green beans have a broader confidence interval than black beans.

Experiment 2: Calibration

Based on the findings of the preceding studies, we may conclude that the volumetric pipette
provides more precise results than two other measuring equipment ( Cylinder & Pasteur
pipette ). Furthermore, the table of statistics after each experiment shows that there are errors
and do not give us the same results.

III. Conclusion
Briefly, through the three experiments in lab 1, the accuracy of volumetric glassware
are uncertain. To attain the accuracy results, researchers must apply correct
technique and take measurements at the temperature for which the glassware was
calibrated.
