The discussion affected my thinking and made me realize that social issues stem not from evil people but from well-intentioned individuals who fail to understand others may have different views of what is good. Large societies require complex social interactions that can lead to conflicts, but the real issue is lack of communication that breeds hatred and delays resolving clashes. If we made more effort to understand others' perspectives and reflect on how our quick judgments affect people, we could avoid unnecessary conflicts.

    Our team, Tanoj, Satya, Jaya has made an analysis on the current social issues globally and in india and made a
    panel discussion and recorded the session.
    we spoke on different phases about the project, social issues on global will negatively impact the next
    generation.

    sometimes I feel social issues are also important.


    Social issues are significant exploration subjects since they assist individuals with understanding that there are
    numerous ways of contemplating and move toward a similar issue, and they show fundamental decisive
    reasoning abilities.

    firstly I will explain how the panel discussion has affected my thinking and perspective,
    a ton of our social issues are not brought about by underhanded individuals with evil points but rather by
    individuals purpose on doing great who can't comprehend the likelihood that others could honestly have
    various thoughts regarding what "great" signifies and the way things are ideal to be understood. They are
    persuaded by the truthfulness of their own intentions that individuals who think uniquely in contrast to they in
    all actuality do should be either horrendous or moronic.

    Huge social orders require a great deal of social communication to work. These connections are mind boggling
    and prone to deliver conflict. Conflict isn't an issue, yet the reaction to it frequently is.

    Philosophical contrasts, inconsistent objectives, and power lopsided characteristics will constantly exist, yet
    they aren't the issue. The issue is insufficient correspondence that strengthens disdain, rewards antagonism,
    and delays clashes.

    I figure we could keep away from a great deal of superfluous clash assuming that we were to constantly
    attempt to know about the outcomes of the decisions we make about others and recall that a significant
    number of these decisions are framed rapidly and with practically no reflection. The disarray and struggle that
    outcome from these decisions can be horrendous.

    There will continuously be powers that stir up friendly division since they accept, they can profit from it.
    Companionship and love among individuals are by all accounts a shortcoming those powers have no response
    for.

    At any rate, I figure we would be in an ideal situation assuming that more individuals comprehended that
    someone else can view at a similar proof as you and reach an alternate determination about how best to
    continue without it being fundamental that both of you is horrendous or moronic. On the off chance that you
    can't resist the urge to reach that resolution then it likely implies that a multibillion-dollar industry in light of
    keeping you in a never-ending condition of obliviousness, fury, disdain, and neurosis is prevailing beyond
    anything it’s could ever imagine.

    However it’s a wonderful experience for me to work with my team. All of my teammates are very supportive
    and hardworking and constantly tried to share their views and perspectives and share their personal
    knowledge.
