Chitra: The world is full of diamonds and gems and we saw some of them performing here. Thank
you guys, that was an incredible performance.
Arjun: You’re right Chitra. I know I have an instrument lying in one corner of my room since ages,
and I still can’t find the time to pick it up. God knows, how these guys did it so splendidly.
Chitra: Exactly Arjun. Now, that we have established our lack of skill, let’s focus on people with
some real good skill.
Arjun: Perfect, couldn’t agree more. The next performance for today is a dance by Mr. “Ajay Pillai”
who is a father to a 5 year old boy, and a loving husband. He’s a marketing guru in the field of
pharmaceuticals. Usually, he’s reserved and speaks only on his turn, but when he does, he captures
the audience in a way not many can. And this is what he’s come here to do, but not with his words,
but with his damn good moves. So ladies and gentlemen, hold on to your breadths and let’s hear it
for the person who’s here to take us back to the tunes of legends like Michael Jackson and Bruno
Mars. S Mr. Ajay Pillai, everybody!!!!
Post Ajay’s dance:
Chitra: That was indeed a lovely performance. How captivation, poetry of footsteps! I still feel like
I’m lost in the rhythmic moves and mesmerizing music.
Arjun: Hold on Chitra, we have a some more special performances coming up.
Chitra: Oh really!? What is it Arjun?
Arjun: As we all very well know that no event or a special function is complete without a good old
fashioned but full of “energy” Bhangra. No one is immune to them. I bet if the music starts right
now, more than 90% of the audience here can perfectly do some of the most iconic moves of
Bhangra. Let’s test this theory. Any volunteers here who can demonstrate this? No one…no
worries.. we’ll demonstrate this for you. So Chitra, do you know some?
Chitra:..oh for sure, I know this….and this…and this…How about you Arjun?
Arjun: Well I think I know this…and this…Surely not as good as you :/
Chitra: Haha..well kind of you to say, but I am nothing compared to the next set of performers who
are going to come here and light this stage on fire.
Arjun: Oh yeah. Next, we have the Brown Mundes, consisting of Simran
Chitra: Arunesh
(Arjun and Chitra…recite in alternative manner.)

Chitra: So let’s hear it for our very own “Brown Mundes”.
Chitra’s performance: Name ‘No preppers’. Mix of Bollywood and salsa.
Arjun – So the next performance is by a team called ‘No preppers’
Ankur – Huh, ‘No preppers’ what kind of a name is that?
Arjun – Well they like to call themselves that. Because, until last night they were not sure if they
could put up a performance. Later, through some magic stroke of luck, they were ready!
Ankur – Kind of like the way I have been prepping for all the quizzes till date
Arjun – Haven’t we all, Ankur?
Ankur – Oh yeah, you can say that. Our marks are testimony to that.
Arjun – Of course of course. But still dude, of all the times, you had to pick this moment, standing
in front of the entire batch, to speak about marks. No one wants to listen to that.
Ankur – Sorry man, my bad. Let’s get back on track.
Arjun – Exactly, so here comes the dance group that shall move to the tunes of Bollywood and
salsa.
Ankur – Performing to that are Sanshia, Chitra, Kanishk, Aswin,…..
Arjun – let’s hear it again for no preppers

We want to express our sincere thanks to all the faculty members for their presence here and also
for being the backbone of this institution and constantly motivating and inspiring us.
We would also like to thank all the alums for taking the time out from their busy schedules and
embracing us with their presence.

Behind every successful program lies the dedicated effort of a committed student body. I would
take this moment to acknowledge the immense contribution, hard work and sincerity shown by the
events and cultural committee of IPMX15 and PGP-WE to make the program a great success. Can
we please have the events committee and cultural committee on stage.
