Procedure: Combine Purefoods Chunkee Corned Beef, egg and garlic. Stir in mayonnaise and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Chill until ready to use. Serve as filling for a cold sandwich. May use bread of your choice such as American bread (tasty), wheat bread, pan de sal, pan de putok, monay, etc. Makes 4 servings.

Procedure: Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut in margarine and shortening until mixture resembles pea-size crumbs. Add water a tablespoon at a time. Mix well. Form dough into a ball and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out dough into a rectangular sheet and roll to resemble a log. Cut crosswise into 27 portions (40 grams per piece). Roll out each portion into flat rounds. Top with a tablespoon of Purefoods Chunkee Corned Beef (15 grams) and fold-over dough to cover filling. Flute edges to secure filling.
