First off it is necessary for us to know on what cases have been taken as an example for this, and what should we
know on death penalty before deciding if it should be set in motion for all countries.
People can argue that it's not a sentence, however it does set a clear example for other criminals or eventually
criminals that it is an adequate punishment for their actions, which could be the only thing keeping them from doing
it. Many people believe that because they have a roof above their heads and free meals with however long they
want, they can do whatever they desire until they have been caught.
Certain individuals are psychotic or sociopathic, and therefore no known medical care can cure or improve them.
Particularly in cases with incurable mental illness. It's not really the responsibility of government to subsidize and
support criminals who have evil motives. If it is determined that the reason of criminal development is not a genetic
illness or mutation, such resources could be better allocated to other pressing issues like the environmental basis of
unlawful development.
On the alternative, while the capital punishment should be authorized, more efforts should be taken to regulate and
limit capital punishment sentences. Only absolute evidence and/or confession should always be used. We are all
aware of George Junius Stinney Jr.'s infamous and fraudulent execution. This must and can be avoided by allowing
only absolute evidence to be used in sentencing.
Below is a link for the list of people, who were possibly Innocent and why we should take better judgement for as to
not repeat and execute an innocent individual.

As it was used historically on rapists(especially black people vs white people), as it was common in the US to be
racially identified as a rapist and be executed without much evidence, but we are in the modern times now and who
should we accuse and allow to be on death row. What crimes could they have done to be deserving of death penalty?
And what crimes should be listed as to know who could be the next punishable individual of such length?
With mostly now, Murderers are the one who are on death row, such as cases of felony with murder,
but why with murder? Why not just send them all to death penalty as they did a crime.
Well in situations, if you’ve had done a felony but no murder has occurred you can only be sentenced to jail time,
but when a murder has happened things will turn into a much deeper hole for it is against taboo or morals of the
society to kill an individual more over you’ve done more things before the murder has happened like an example of
a robbery where you’ve killed an employee or an innocent person.
As again it is against taboo, death penalty is the same of killing the one killed one/some.
However what they have done is why they are deserving of such sentence, rather than living off free inside a jail
facility being cared for, given free meals, a bed, without much they are living rent free on the city or countries
expense.
It is expensive for countries such as ours to just hold people deserving of the death sentence rather than keeping
them waiting for their death inside a jail facility, it is more cheaper for us to just execute them rather than expend a
big amount of money that should be used for the betterment of more deserving projects for the countries welfare,

Conclusion
I have concluded that it is more better for death penalty to be activated, but with such extension of trial’s and
evidences to be given and to an unbiased jury, to judge the proceedings of the trial to be taken care of. Furthermore
as a non-religious person, people who’ve gone over the top of crimes should very well be executed rather than be
kept as they can mostly be set freed and do what they were accused of again.
