    “ A PTA RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE GRADE 10 - GABRIEL ADVISER OF DON BENITO


    AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL, DON BENITO POZORRUBIO PANGASINAN, TO ACCEPT THE
    CASH DONATIONS FROM THE PARENTS THE AMOUNT OF P250.00 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
    OF COMFORT ROOM/ WASH ROOM AS THEIR HOMEROOM PTA PROJECT FOR THE S.Y. 2021-
    2022”.

    Excerpts from the minutes of the Grade 10 Gabriel Homeroom PTA Meeting held at
    Don Benito Agro-Industrial High School on November 27, 2021 ( 8:30 AM );
    WHEREAS, the construction of the comfort room / wash area for the promotion of a
    clean and safe school environment & correct hygiene and sanitation practices among students;
    WHEREAS, the school has no enough funds to finance the construction of the comfort
    room/ washroom where the students could improve access to and maintenance of clean,
    gender-friendly and inclusive sanitation facilities and promotes hygienic behaviours and lifelong
    good health;
    WHEREAS, we the parents have signified our willingness to voluntarily donate for the
    construction of the comfort room/ wash room;
    Now therefore, on motion of ____________________________________________-
    __________ and seconded by
    _______________________________________________________________________ and so
    it was unanimously approved the above resolution.
    Resolved further, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Principal of the Don
    Benito Agro-Industrial High School for her information and appropriate action.
    This resolution takes effect immediately upon approval.
    Done in the Municipality of Pozorrubio, Province of Pangasinan on this 27 th day of
    November 2021.
