 Introduction

This document has been created by the IAQG 9100 writing team to provide generic correlation of
key AQMS subjects/topics between the requirements of AS/EN/JISQ 9100:2016 (Rev D),
Commission Regulation (EU) 748/2012 Part-21 Section A and FAA CFR 14 - Part 21

The information contained within this document can be used to provide high level correlation
when comparing requirements between the respective standard/regulation, it is not intended to
provide exact equivalency or assumed acceptable means of compliance between the stated
requirements.

This information may be useful for example when: organizations are determining their
management system requirements, audit program managers are expressing audit scope and
criteria, auditors are developing their audit plan/preparing questionnaires etc.

The content of this document is not exhaustive, more comprehensive and detailed correlation (by
clause/paragraph number) between 9100:2016 and airworthiness regulations EASA/FAA Part 21
