    AFFIDAVIT

    I, ISMAEL SANGGACALA, of legal age, married and a resident of


    Barangay Sandor, Balo-I, Lanao del Norte, after having been sworn to in
    accordance with law, hereby depose and states that:

    1. I am a registered voter of Barangay Sandor, Balo-I, Lanao del Norte


    since I was eighteen (18) years of age and a resident therein for a long
    period of time;

    2. I am also an incumbent Barangay Kagawad of the same barangay. As


    an elected official, it is incumbent upon us to ascertain and identify
    the residents and non-residents in our hometown, not just for
    campaign purposes, but also for us to ultimately deliver the needs of
    our constituents;

    3. As a resident for a very long time and an incumbent public official, I


    can identify those that are residents and those who are merely
    sojourning in the said barangay thru their names, physical appearance,
    family names, or any other manner for the verification of their
    identity;

    4. Based on my observation in their physical appearances and scrutiny of


    their identity from their surnames, I hereby declare that the following
