    UNIT LEADERS

    Sir/Madam,
    We are glad to inform you that National Level Trekking Cum Environment Awareness
    Programme for Sr. Scouts/Guides/Rovers/Rangers and Unit Leaders is scheduled from
    10th to 14th October 2022 at Dist. Training Centre Jabli, Northern Railway. Jabli is situated
    on Shimla- Kalka Highway.
    The details of the event are as follows:
    Event Name : National Level Trekking Cum Environment Awareness
    Programme for Sr. Scouts / Guides / Rovers /
    Rangers and Unit Leaders
    Dates : 10th to 14th October 2022
    Venue : Dist. Training Centre, Jabli, Ambala Dist. Northern Railway
    Date of Reporting : 10th Oct. 2022 before lunch
    Date of Departure : 14th Oct. 2022 after lunch
    How to reach : Train and Buses are available up to Kalka. The Jabli Training
    Center is situated on Kalka and Shimla highway,
    approximately 15 KM from Kalka Railway Station/Bus stand
    by road upto Jabli.

    Who can attend : Sr. Scouts/Sr. Guides/Rovers/Rangers and Unit Leader who is
    physical and medically fit and can bear the strain of
    Adventure & Trekking may apply.
    Quota Allocation : On “First Come First Serve Basis” as the seats are limited
    upto 100 numbers only. BSG, National Headquarter has the
    right to accept or reject the application.
    Attraction of the 1. SHIMLA DARSHAN – By Toy Train. A very beautiful
    Camp valley and hill view.
    2. TREKKING TO KASOULI – Famous Hill Station for
    video shooting and Nature Study.

    Plate Mug, Spoon, Toilet requisites, Mosquito Net, Personal
    Medicines, torch odomos tube, Notebook, Pen, Pencil, Track
    Suit/Comfortable dress for Trekking.
    A Photo copy of Payment Receipt and AADHAR card is
    to be submitted at the time of registration.
