    This pertains to your request for Property Recovery and Clearing Permit (PRCP)
    concerning the fire incident that transpired on or about (time of fire incident) on (date
    of fire incident) at the (Occupancy) establishment of (name of establishment)
    located at (Complete Address, Region)

    In this connection, please be informed that your request for clearing and property
    recovery of the burned and damaged building structures, installed machineries,
    equipment, fittings, stocks/merchandises and other of the above-mentioned mercantile
    building (all areas gutted by fire) is hereby GRANTED, and likewise, the previously
    issued preservation order of the fire scene/other fire-affected areas is hereby declared
    LIFTED.

    This PRCP is limited only for the specific purpose of Property Recovery and
    Retrieval of Salvageable Items of the Property Owner; Removal of Fire Debris;
    Clearing of Unsafe Areas; Reconstruction; Repair and Complete Structural
    Demolition (if needed) of the damaged structure. It is not intended for any other
    purposes or deed. The issuing Office has no liability in any untoward incident that may
    transpire in this undertaking. Thus, the exercise of extreme precaution and safety
    procedures during the performance of any clearing operation in the fire-affected areas is
    strictly advised.
