Axelia Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 having its
registered office at 301 B- Wing, Raheja Plaza, Opposite R-City Mall, Ghatkopar West 400086 (hereinafter
to be referred as “the Company”). The Company has its branch offices in different locations, please refer
to Annexure B containing the details of the Company’s offices.

The Company is engaged into the business of connecting and making the healthcare ecosystem more
accessible. It is also engaged in the business of operating “PharmEasy”, an online marketplace which act
as an intermediary tool to connect various healthcare service providers including diagnostics centres to
the Users for easy and convenient access to medicines, healthcare products and services. PharmEasy is a
platform which provides the customers for essential healthcare products and services. It is an aggregator
which facilitates for the delivery of healthcare products at the customer’s doorstep.

As per the PM’s speech amidst Corona pandemic on March 19th, 2020, he made it specific that essential
services like pharmacies, hospitals have to be operational day in and out. Further, in reference to the
letter by Shri Pawan Kumar Agarwal, Secretary- Dept. of Consumer Affairs, it clearly states that “e-
commerce operations (including warehousing, logistic facilities and services), wholesale, their vendors &
third-party delivery partners who part of the supply and logistics chain ecosystem shall be exempted from
any type of prohibitory orders.” Please refer to Annexure A to this letter.

In light of the aforementioned, it is prima facie evident that the business activity of the Company
constitutes a vital part of “Essential Services” and therefore the Company shall keep its services functional
to cater to the nation during the time of such pandemic emergency resulting from the spread of Covid-
19. The same shall be for the benefit of the nation at large.

This is to notify that Delhivery Private Limited (Delhivery/ Company) is a company providing e-commerce
logistics services to Axelia solutions Private Limited. Delhivery picks up the packages from our locations
with whom we have an agreement to provide services & delivers it to the end consumer.
