Sir:

Good day!

We are extremely grateful for the donations your bureau has given last year. Our school
received a Toyota Tamaraw FX and several office furniture which have been of great use to the teachers
and students.

Having learned that your bureau will once again conduct disposals, we are also writing to be
considered as one of the beneficiaries. We would like to request computer sets, computer tables,
wooden cabinets, steel cabinets, swivel chairs, ceiling tiles, trusses and galvanized iron sheets.

We have high hopes that our request would be granted. Your donations would be greatly
appreciated.

Thank you so much and may God bless you abundantly!

Sincerely yours,

MRS. LORNA V. MAYNIGO

Sir:

Greetings!

Due to the advancement of technology, computers, nowadays, are just within arm’s reach, but,
unfortunately, only a small percentage of our student population are able to have computer training
because of the limited number of computers in our school.

We are writing to ask your good office for a donation of computer sets and wooden tables that
would be disposed of from the bureau. Having also learned that the bureau would also be disposing its
RP vehicle, wooden cabinets, steel cabinets, galvanized iron sheets, trusses, ceiling tiles, swivel chairs,
and tables, we would like to request that our school be considered as one of the beneficiaries.

We have high hopes that you could help us with our concern. With your donations, all of our
students and teachers will be greatly benefited.

Thank you so much and may God bless you abundantly!

Sincerely yours,

MR. ROLANDO E. MAYNIGO
