Narrative Report
School Learning Action Cell on the Implementation of RPMS/PPST
To help the teachers to understand more the RPMS/PPST, the school has
conducted a one day School Learning Action Cell on the Implementation of
RPMS/PPST, December 03, 2021 via Google Meet.
In the opening program, there was Nationalistic Song through an Audio Visual
Presentation, then a prayer led by Mrs. Amie D. Bunyi, a JHS teacher, followed by
the presentation of participants by Mrs. Tarcela E. Gelera, a JHS teacher.
Then to officially start the program, Mr. Jonathan A. Adao, a SHS teacher, gave his
opening remarks, a greeting from Mr. Wilfredo M. Dakila, Principal IV, and a House
Rules of the Webinar were also given by Mrs. Josephine P. Riego, a JHS teacher.
The flow of the program was properly done through the web moderators, Mrs.
Romelyn A. Sanchez, a SHS teacher for the opening program and Mrs. Rose Ann E.
Basit for the closing program.
Moreover, the discussion proper was done accordingly with the different topics by
the key teachers of the school, Mr. Marvin A. Abanes, Head Teacher III, Mr. Carmelo
C. Carpio and Ms. Rebecca G. Buenviaje, Master Teacher I.
The teachers-participants learned a lot from these competent and efficient speakers
of the webinar/training.
In the closing program, another Nationalistic Song and prayer were played through
an Audio Visual Presentation, also Mr. Wilfredo M. Dakila, Principal IV, was then
given his Inspirational Message for the participants.
Then followed by the Impressions by Mrs. Rose Ann Abrea, a SHS teacher, the
Insights by Mrs. Rose Ann E. Basit, a JHS teacher, the Challenge by Mr. Marvin A.
Abanes, Head Teacher III, and the Accepting the Challenge by Mrs. Eva I. Linaban,
a JHS teacher.
To end the program, Mr. Carmelo C. Carpio, Master Teacher I, gave his Closing
Remarks.
It was indeed another successful undertakings for the school and for the people behind
this program.

Learning Action Cell on the Enhancement of the School-Based Management
System
Being able the teachers to be ready for the preparation of the School-Based
Management System (SBM), the school has conducted the Learning Action Cell on
the Enhancement of the School-Based Management System headed by Mr. Wilfredo
M. Dakila, Principal IV and the school’s key teachers though a video/ teleconference
via Google Meet last February 04, 2022.
In the Opening Program, it was started with the Nationalistic Song and a prayer
through an Audio- Visual Presentation (AVP), then followed by a Presentation of
Participant by Mr. Roy Barre, a JHS teacher, an Opening Remarks by Mr. Carmelo
C. Carpio, a Master Teacher I, and a Greetings by Mr. Wilfredo M Dakila, Principal
IV.
Consequently, for the teachers to be able to know the Do’s and Dont’s of training, a
House Rules of the Webinar was then given by Ms. Rona Blanca G. Briones, a JHS
teacher.
After a while, a Webinar Proper was then completed by Mr. Marvin A. Abanes, Head
Teacher III. Here, the topic was discussed rigorously and dynamically. The
participants clearly understood the topic and all the subtopics mentioned by the
speaker.
For the Closing Program, another Nationalistic Song and a Prayer were played
though an AV. Then, an Inspirational Message from Mr. Wilfredo M. Dakila,
Principal IV, was then given, followed by an Impressions by Mrs. Rochelle Delos
Reyes, a SHS teacher, an Insights by Mrs. Maribel R. Asi, a JHS teacher, a
Challenge by Mr. Marvin A. Abanes, a Head Teacher III, and Accepting the
Challenge by Mrs. Marife I. Ite, a JHS teacher.
Lastly, a Closing Remarks was given by Mr. John Philip C. Andres, a Faculty
President and SHS teacher.
The Program Facilitator of this well-concluded training was Ms. Rebecca G.

Learning Action Cell on Mental Health and Stress Management
Covid-19 Pandemic brought most of the people strictly stay at home and restricted a
physical collaboration at school; no face to face classes, no attachment with other
people except family, and arose lots of changes in the routine and many new
challenging works at school and offices, and thus, this eventually cause negative
impact in mental health of the teachers as well as the learners. To be able to help
the teachers to learn to adopt in this new normal distress, the school has conducted
a Learning Action Cell on Mental Health and stress Management, January 14, 2022
via Google Meet.
In the Opening Program, a Nationalistic Song was played through an Audio-Visual

Presentation (AVP), and a Prayer led by Mrs. Lorna F. Dalawampo, a JHS teacher.
After a while, a Presentation of Participants was then given by Mrs. Marita V. Silang,
a JHS teacher, followed by an Opening Remarks by Mr. Carmelo C. Carpio, a
Master Teacher I.
Meanwhile, to officially welcome all the participants, a Greetings was then given Mr.
Wilfredo M. Dakila, Principal IV, and the House Rules of the Webinar was given by
Mrs. Rachel M. Ramos, a JHS teacher.
To manage the flow of the program, Ms. Micah B. Mendoza, a JHS teacher, acted as
the Web facilitator and it was done well.
For the Discussion Proper, the school’s Key Teachers, Mr. Marvin A. Abanes, Head
Teacher III, Mr. Carmelo C. Carpio, and Ms. Rebecca G. Buenviaje, both Master
Teacher I, together with the help of the school nurse and guidance, were able to cite
most important topic related to mental health and stress management. They clearly
and briefly discussed the importance of having a good mental health and how to
cope with the stress brought by work and from outside forces.
For the final part, another Nationalistic Song and a prayer were played through an
AVP. Then, an Inspirational Message from Mr. Wilfredo M. Dakila, Principal IV, then
consequently, an Impressions by Mrs. Amie D. Bunyi, a JHS teacher, an Insights by
Ms. Blaca Caguete, a SHS teacher and a Challenge by Mr. Marvin A. Abanes, Head
Teacher III, Mr. John Philip C. Andres, a SHS teacher, done Accepting the
Challenge.
For the finale of this significant webinar, Ms. Rebecca G. Buenviaje, gave her
Closing Remarks and embarked everyone to choose to have a healthy living both
mental and physical in the new normal.
