18.INSTRUMENT & CONTROL ENGINEER (EPC)

Job Description

Responsible for verifying and ensuring Instrument Design and/or implementation from Contractor
according to Company requirement such as: Basic Instrument Design Tool, Philosophy, Rotating Tools,
Engineering Code & Standard, Basic Instrument Tool Calculation and Simulation, Management
Engineering System, Review and Control, Instrument Data Tool Sheet, Material Take Off (MTO)

Specific Requirement

a. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Physic/Instrument or similar

b. Maximum age is 45 years old upon assignment
c. Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas/petrochemical
d. Have Good knowledge about Instrument Engineering Design
e. Have vast experience in International and Local Code and Regulation
f. Have experience in developing basic design, conceptual design and standard drawing, also
controlling all design activities during execution
g. Have Design experience in Major Instrument
h. Have Experience and Knowledge in Instrument Design Calculation
i. Familiar with Licensor, FEED and EPC Contractor work scope
j. Experience as Principal Engineer responsible with System Design, Analysis and Review in
Instrument System in Petrochemicals especially factory and utility polypropylene utilities
k. Have proven experience in conducting Instrument engineering including study, calculation,
datasheet in Electrical and Instrument with high quality standard
l. Knowledge about HSE management system
m. Good Knowledge of Computer Software (Latest Design Instrument Software, etc)
n. Have good health History
o. Good communication in English both oral and written

19.PIPING ENGINEER (EPC)

Job Description

Responsible for verifying and ensuring Piping Design from Contractor according to Company requirement
such as: Basic Piping Design Tool, Philosophy, Engineering Code & Standard, Basic Mechanical Tool
Calculation and Simulation Piping Tools, Management Engineering System, Review and Control,
Mechanical Data Piping Tool Sheet, Material Take Off (MTO)

Specific Requirement

a. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Physic/Instrument or similar

b. Maximum age is 45 years old upon assignment
c. Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas/petrochemical as Engineer especially in
Polypropylene Project
d. Have strong technical knowledge related to Piping design
e. Have vast experience in International and Local Code and Regulation
f. Have experience in developing basic design, conceptual design and standard drawing, also
controlling all piping design activities during execution
g. Have Design experience in Major Piping Equipment
h. Have experience and knowledge in calculation of Piping Design
i. Familiar with Licensor, FEED and EPC Contractor work scope
 j. Experience as Engineer responsible with System Design, Analysis and Review in Piping System in
Petrochemicals especially factory and utility polypropylene utilities
k. Have proven experience in conducting instrumentation including study, calculation, datasheet in

20.CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER (EPC)

Job Description

Responsible for verifying and ensuring Construction Engineering Design and/or implementation from
Contractor according to Company requirement such as : Construction procedure and methodology,
Engineering Code & Standard regulation, Basic Construction Calculation and Simulation, Construction
Engineering Management System, Heavy Haul/Equipment, Lifting Procedure, Construction
Transportation.

Specific Requirement

p. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil or similar

q. Maximum age is 45 years old upon assignment
r. Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas/petrochemical
s. Have Strong knowledge about Construction Engineering Design
t. Have vast experience in International and Local Code and Regulation
u. Have experience in developing basic design, conceptual design and standard drawing, also

21.INSPECTION ENGINEER (EPC)
Job Description

Responsible for the inspection program related to project implementation, identify and analyze potential
and possibilities to be mitigated, provide recommendations on findings, and encourage overall project
conformity with requirements

Specific Requirement

a. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or related

b. Maximum age is 45 years old upon assignment
c. Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas/petrochemical as inspector
d. Have strong technical knowledge related with Factory equipment specification
e. Have a good knowledge about International Code and Standard such as American Petroleum
Institute (API), American National Standard Institution (ANSI), National Fire Protection Association
(NFPA), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), National Association of Corrosion
Engineers (NACE) and other Safety codes and standards.
f. Have the knowledge and experience to conduct inspection towards rotating, static and Piping
equipment.
g. Ability to carry out inspections including evaluating the execution of tests, checking equipment
for acceptable workmanship for equipment and materials on the project
h. Ability to develop Inspection schedule in accordance to the project master schedule
i. Ability to communicate every deviants dan provide solution to the deviations
j. Knowledge about HSE management system
k. Have good health History

22.PRE-COMMISSIONING/COMMISSIONING ENGINEER (EPC)

Job Description

Responsible for reviewing contract documents and technical documents to ensure that Commissioning
and startup requirement are taken into account in the design, preparation on pre-commissioning and
commissioning procedure and execution, preparing commissioning progress report and ensuring final
reports and certificates

Specific Requirement

a. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or related

b. Maximum age is 45 years old upon assignment
c. Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas/petrochemical
d. Have strong knowledge in work test requirement
e. Have experience and knowledge on measurement on Stream, instrumentation, PLC, SCADA,

23.QUANTITY SURVERYOR (EPC)

Job Description

Reviewing construction plans to produce project costing and cost analysis (such as materials, quantities,
labor, and time), including identifying potential financial or construction risks, researching material costs,
and contracts to ensure the best deal, controlling costs and materials, evaluating and reporting during
implementation, including any line changes, as well as being responsible for preparing and advising on
variation orders, evaluating, and settling rights to any claims and disputes, including the completeness
and validity of all contract terms

Specific Requirement

a. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic construction engineering/Civil Engineering/Similar

b. Maximum age is 45 years old upon assignment
c. Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas/petrochemical as Quantity Surveyor
d. Ability in budget drafting, cost estimating and claims management
e. Ability to carry on cost analysis on every job in the project
f. Have extensive knowledge of contractual relationships
g. Ability to monitor and control costs across projects, including required reporting
h. Have extensive knowledge in the selection, financing of construction material sources
i. Experienced to identify risks surrounding the project and possible cost variations

24.DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (EPC)

Job Description

Responsible for maintaining project documents in an organized and up-to-date manner, ensuring
documents can be accessed by interested personnel, ensuring the implementation of document storage
complies with applicable regulations, and ensuring that each department follows the same procedures
related to project documents

Specific Requirement

a. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Librarian/Management/Similar Education

b. Maximum age is 45 years old upon assignment
 c. Minimum 10 years’ experience as Document Controllers or any designation related with archive
management, or record management, preferable in oil and gas/petrochemical
d. Knowledge and understanding about Document Management System implementation such as
Sharepoint, Driver or other similar system
e. Ability to organize documents focusing on effective and efficient detail and order
f. Familiar with regulation related with saving and handling documents
g. Able to manage Database changes proactively accordance to Local and national standard

25.HSE ENGINEER (EPC)

Job Description

Responsible for ensuring implementation of HSE Management System, compliance with HSE standard,
also conducting evaluation and recommendation related with HSE towards project activities

a. Minimum Bachelor Degree in related engineering

b. Maximum age is 45 years old upon assignment
c. Minimum 10 years’ experience as HSE Engineer in oil and gas/petrochemical
d. Have technical knowledge process safety design and philosophy
e. Have experience to develop Methodology and K3 Procedure in process unit :
• HAZID (Hazard identification) Study
• HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) Study
• Fire Risk/Explosion Analysis
• Safety Integrity Level (SIL) Study
• Job Hazar Analysis (JHA)
f. Have experience in Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) and Project Audit QA in Unit Process
g. Have Experience and Knowledge in Process Safety Design Calculation
h. Familiar with Licensor, FEED and EPC Contractor work scope
i. Have a good knowledge about International Code and Standard such as American Petroleum
Institute (API), American National Standard Institution (ANSI), National Fire Protection Association
