Introduction and Rationale

The Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc., (IIEE) Camarines
Norte Chapter will be hosting the Hybrid 22nd IIEE Bicol Regional Conference (BRC) on
September 22-24, 2022, at Covered Court, Camarines Norte State College, Daet, Camarines Norte
with the Theme: “Leadershift: Rising Above Adversity Through Passion and Commitment
Leading On The Road To Recovery”.
This is a three (3) days event and is expected to be participated virtually and physically by
more than 300 delegates from the different Chapters of IIEE Bicol Region namely: Camarines
Norte, Camarines, Iriga-Rinconada, Albay-Legazpi, Masbate, Catanduanes and Sorsogon aside
from delegates who will be attending virtually from abroad and other nearby Bicol provinces. This
is a great opportunity to all stakeholders to be part of this momentous event to showcase their
products thru onsite and virtual exhibits and product presentations.
OBJECTIVES
In line with the objective of IIEE – Bicol and IIEE-RCSC, this event will showcase the
camaraderie, commitment and unity in the region. This event also serves as the reminder that we
are recovering from Covid 19 and more willing to face every challenge that time will give us.
The Structure of the Program

The BICOL REGIONAL CONVENTION will be on 22 -24 of September 2022. The
participant will have to register that provided by the council to join this event.

PARTICIPANTS
The participants are open to all electrical engineering and technology students in the Bicol
Region.
REGISTRATION
The registration for this event will be announce thru social media accounts of the IIEE-
RCSC V. There will be a registration fee of 500 PHP for face to face event and 300 PHP for online
event thru (Gcash, or Bank account or walkin). The google document consist of the names, school,
year level and the screen shoot of the payment.
