F. LESSONS LEARNED
Flexibility and cooperation is of great need in order to realize the plans of the school. Even in times of a national emergency, proper planning and
constant communication is very important to be able respond on every unexpected situation. This pandemic greatly affected the education system
that made every activity be postponed for quite some time. However, challenging as it is, the coordinator and the school head with the help of the
teachers made a step to continue in realizing the DepEd’s activity with utmost co
nsideration of the health protocols. It is of great lesson learned that as educators we have to be resilient at all times. Whatever may happen, we are
teachers that hold great responsibility to the learners and to the community. We have to work with passion and of course in safety.
G. SUGGESTIONS TO STRENGTHEN BRIGADA ESKWELA PROJECT

It was so challenging to conduct the activities set for the Brigada Eskwela without financial support. Though it is expected that the resources are to be generated
upon the conduct of the activity, prior planning and operational expenses are to be met thus financial constraints would be very difficult to resolve. With this, it is
highly suggested that sufficient funding shall be given for the implementation of BE.
