KS100 ERO Europanel Jumbo is an insulated flat roof Application

system combining a structural deck, QuadCore™ insulation
and a metal top sheet into one product. Europanel Jumbo is suitable for flat roof applications with
minimum roof slope of 1% (0.5°).
Designed to support a choice of site applied standing seam
or membrane finishes, Europanel Jumbo provides a clear
span capability of up to 7 metres, and is faster to install than
alternative built-up roof deck systems. The internal face of
the deck is pre-finished with a clean white color, providing a
smooth clean interior appearance.

QuadCore™ hybrid insulation foam is a thermosetting material.

Europanel Jumbo panels are zero ODP (Ozone Depleting
Potential) and have a low GWP (Global Warming Potential.
Panels are CFC, HCFC and HFC-free, free from halogenated
flame retardants and 100% recyclable.

1 Values have been calculated using the method described in BS EN 14509, for color group 1.
2 The following deflection limits have been used:
– Pressure loading L /200.
– Suction loading L /200.
3 The above-mentioned calculations apply to panels with standard steel skin strength specification:
– fy=350 MPa (S350GD) for the INTERNAL trapezoidal skin
– fy=250 MPa (S250GD) for the EXTERNAL skin with Box linear.
4 All panel thicknesses have been calculated with a minimum support width of 200 mm. Larger support widths are possible.
5 The actual wind suction resisted by the panel is dependent upon the number of fasteners.
6 The fastener calculation should be carried out in accordance with the appropriate standards. Kingspan recommends WKRET-MET KLIMAS
screws that have tight screw thread pitch. The actual span resisted by the panel is dependent on the number of fasteners. Each project must
be checked by Kingspan Technical Department Structural Engineer.
7 For intermediate values linear interpolation may be used.
8 The allowable steelwork tolerance between bearing planes of adjacent supports is ± 5mm.
* The mentioned spans are possible but the maximum length a single panel can be manufactured is defined by logistical limitations e.g. 11,95m
for containers. Contact Kingspan Customer Service for special length requirements.
