    Subject – Legal Notice

    Dear Sir,

    Under the instruction and on behalf of my client Nishanth Rao, I Advocate Poushali
    Dey, do hereby serve upon you with the following legal notice:

    1. That my client being a loyal customer for your concern.

    2. That my client on 14.02.2022 had visited your concern to book flight tickets from your
    concern, for a total amount of Rs. 61,200/- (Rupees Sixty One Thousand Two Hundred
    Only).
    3. That my client had visited your concern seeing the signboard of Make my Trip.
    4. That my client claims that your are misrepresenting customers to be a part of Make my
    Trip because after booking the tickets my client was shocked to see that the printed
    tickets which were provided by your concern was printed in your concern letter head
    and not make my Trip.
    5. That my client to verify contacted Indigo directly and asked for the booking details,
    where again my client was shocked to know that the tickets were booked by your
    concerned email ID and not by my client’s email ID.
    6. That my client had also requested for the duplicate bill directly from Indigo Airlines
    and on comparing the same with the bill provided by your concern my client was yet
    shocked again to see that there was clear extra taxes added by your concern which is
    against the law.
    7. That my client also claims that your concern has also claimed GST ITC on my client’s
    flight tickets.
    8. That my client has kept all the evidences safe with him.
    9. That my client informed your concern several times regarding the above-mentioned
    issue but did not get any positive response from your side for the reason best known to
    you.
    10. That this is an unfair trade practice.
    11. That my client suffered mental and monetary harassment.
    12. That being deprived of the facilitated service my client intimated your concern on
    several occasions by way of telephonic conversations and emails in respect of the above
    mentioned issue. However, you have acted like flogging of a dead horse in order to
    provide resolution which is extremely unprofessional in nature.

    13. That due to your aforementioned malafide act and conduct my client got duped the
    hard-earned money of my client which is hindering my client in an erroneous way as
    my client has been facing the tremendous notice agony and due to the same my client
    has not got able to live the life in own accord.
    14. Thus in order to resolve the difficulties of my client, I would direct you to duly look
    into this matter with a foremost importance to take necessary steps to provide my client
    with a refund of Rs. 61,200/- (Rupees Sixty One Thousand Two Hundred Only)
    with 12% interest at the earliest along with a compensation amount of Rs. 50,000/-
    (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) for the mental agony suffered by my client due to the
    illegible and unethical behaviour of your representative and also for misrepresentation.

    I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my client’s problem and will wait until 15
    (Fifteen) days of the receipt of this notice, failing which my client shall be constrained to initiate
    against you for redressal of the aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such
    proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by Law, besides filing a complaint under
    the statutory Provisions of The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 exclusively at your own risk,
    cost, responsibility, and consequences which please note.
