    UNDERTAKING

    All students desirous of participating in the placement process mandatorily accept these
    conditions by signing and sending it to cdrc@cnlu.ac.in

    1. Applicant who has received a firm offer will not be considered for future opportunities through
    the CDRC.
    2. Applicant once selected mandatorily join the firm and work at least for 3 months failing which
    he can be fined upto Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) or remark in character certificate or both.
    3. In case of multiple offers applicant joining any one firm will not be considered an offence for
    not joining others.
    4. All information disclosed should be accurate, any discrepancy will lead to disqualification.
    5. All terms under the constitution of CDRC is acceptable to the applicant he has read and
    understood the same.
    6. Proper response and photos/documents mandatorily be provided within the stipulated time
    failing which you will not be considered as an applicant and debarred for future activities.
    7. All instructions from members of CDRC mandatorily be strictly followed failing which you can
    be penalized.
    8. The students who get PPO should share the documentary proof of the PPO offered by the
    company (either email communication or the offer letter given by the company) to the CDRC.
    9. All students will have to sign an undertaking regarding the rules framed by CDRC in its
    constitution.
    10. This undertaking shall be applicable to all the recruitment opportunities notified by the CDRC
    before or after the publication of the undertaking. Undertaking terms& conditions shall be
    retrospectively and prospectively applicable to all the recruitment opportunities notified by CDRC.

    11. The offer referred to in the 1st clause will not include Assessment Internship or conditional
    offer and will only be limited to the final offer of placement.
