    Give your thoughts on what are your roles in the different interpersonal dynamics such as family, groups
    and community.
    Student’s Answer

    Growing up, I always believed that I interact with every person in my life as me, without any adjustments
    or indifference. But as I reflect, I realize that I treat people differently from others, depending on our
    history, bond, or relationship. I guess that's just how everyone is since we all have different stories and
    sensitivity.

    Honestly, I try to be the best version of myself when I'm with my family. I always push myself to be
    respectful and understanding no matter how offending they may be at times. I want to be a good
    daughter to my parents, and I don't want them to think that the efforts they invest in me will go to waste.
    Though they don't pressure me in life, still, I want to show them the best. I also try to be open with my
    family because I don't like to be the secretive type. I also strive to be a good younger sister to my older
    sister. I support her in everything she does and understands her even in the worst times. Overall, I am still
    goofy yet respectful at the same time when my family is around.

    With friends, I am most of the time the 'ate' of the group. I always listen to their problems and share my
    advice right after. I also try to make the room happy by cracking jokes or telling stories that could interest
    them. I want to be the person I want to be as my friend. With the community, I try to help when I can.
    Even as simple as buying candies from the street vendors, I know it could still help. I also have deep
    sympathy for my fellowmen, so I sometimes share my opinions on the country's issues because I know it
    could affect them.

    Overall, I have different sides, we all are, yet these sides make us who we are. The people around us make
    us whole, and we shall strive to be better for them and ourselves.

    As this course is about to end, I felt like it was just yesterday since the first day. I can still remember how
    anxious I was when I heard that we are about to create a proposal, because I am not really good at things
    like those. But here we are, we managed to go to the end.

    Honestly, CWTS made me realize how our society molds us as a person, and because of this, we must take
    part on building a stronger and better society for the people. When I was thinking on what proposal to
    make, I had to measure my surrounding. On how safe, clean, and comfortable is it. Realizing that I’ve
    finished this course warms my heart because I felt like I achieved something.

    Overall, CWTS strengthen my love for my community. It made me grow fond of the people around me,
    and made me realize that their safety is my safety. Indeed, having NSTP is a must.
